Do you want the best possible price for your mortgage loan? Are you tired of trying to compare the fine print to get the best price between the different programs offered by various lenders? We want you to be able to compare apples to apples.

I will guarantee you the lowest cost on your mortgage. This includes the total of all rates, discount points and fees on the most favorable loan that you can qualify for.

When we meet to prepare your loan application, I will give you a written Good Faith Estimate. This form is required by the Federal Government and will disclose the total cost of your loan including fees, interest rates and discount points. You will also receive a Truth in Lending form, and upon approval you will receive a signed Commitment Letter.

Daily we shop interest rates and discount points with over 50 lenders. This ensures we are able to offer you the best overall price on a large variety of products with numerous lenders. You are welcome to shop other direct lenders too! If you can find a direct lender who will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending form and a signed Commitment Letter showing a lower cost, bring them to me and I will either match or beat the other lenders offer. Obtaining these forms from the other lender will allow you to compare apples to apples.

If we are unable to do that, I'll give you $100 for your time and you can take your business to the other lender. No matter what happens, you are assured of getting the best price for the best loan.
