We are available anytime to provide you current quotes on interest rates and discount points for your particular type of loan.

You can contact us daily if you'd like to check on the interest rates. Just as financial markets change daily, so does the bond market which is what most mortgage interest rates are based on.

Remember, locking your loan is your responsibility. When you decide on the interest rate and discount points for your loan, let us know and we will put your lock in place and guarantee the rate and points for your closing date. We will also provide you with a lock confirmation showing you the interest rate and points your loan was locked in at.
