Scott Cummings will provide you with their specifics requirements of documents that are needed prior to your appointment to allow you to properly prepare. This list includes information on you, the borrower, and a co-borrower if applicable. Standard information includes: Employment Information, Debt Information, Asset Information, Prior Residence Information, Bank Accounts and balances. Loan Document Check List. Loans On Homes will then verify this information during the "Loan Processing" stage, so it is very important to make sure the information you provide is current, complete and accurate. Scott can fax you a Loan Guide that further details the items needed for your Loan Application. During the Loan Application, Scott will obtain information on the property you are purchasing or refinancing. This is usually obtained from a Purchase Agreement if it is a new purchase transaction, from the builder if it is new construction, or from previous documents if it is for a refinance. Once your application is completed, your loan will be submitted for loan approval to our corporate underwriters. At times, additional information may be required from our underwriters due to particular circumstances pertaining to your loan application. We make every effort to ask you for everything we will need during the loan application, however there are situations where additional documentation is needed. Replying promptly with these requests will ensure your loan continues through the loan process quickly. We have streamlined this process so effectively that we submit your loan application to our "virtual" underwriter as soon as we take it. Thus speeding up this process significantly and allowing your loan to be approved and close faster. In many situations in as little as 7 to 14 days! |
